Does any of this sound familiar?

Your business has grown through good work and word of mouth, but the way you show up online has not always kept up.

  1. 01

Your website has been “good enough” for years.

It works, but it no longer reflects the quality of the business you have built.

  2. 02

You know Google matters, but you are not sure you are showing up as well as you should.

Competitors that do not seem any better than you often look more established online.

  3. 03

Your photos, website, Google profile, and social accounts all tell slightly different stories.

Nothing is completely broken. It just does not feel connected.

  4. 04

You know you should post more, update things, or finally fix that website.

But there is always actual work to do first.

  5. 05

When you finally have time to look at it, you are not even sure what matters most.

That is usually where we come in.

01

Website & Brand

Make a better first impression.

Your website should reflect the business you run today, not the version of it from five years ago.

Website design · Messaging · Visual identity · Photography direction

02

Google & Search

Make it easier to find you.

We help strengthen how your business appears when people search for what you do, especially in the areas you actually serve.

Google Business Profile · Local SEO · Listings · Search visibility

03

Social & Content

Keep your business looking active.

You don’t need to become a full-time content creator. You just need a presence that looks current, useful, and connected to the rest of your business.

Social content · Content planning · Photography · Creative support

04

Digital Support

Fix the things behind the scenes.

Sometimes the issue isn’t what customers see. It’s the tools, follow-up, ads, data, or repetitive work that could simply work better.

Automation · Ads · Analytics · CRM · Technical support

You don’t need to know exactly what needs fixing. That’s our job.

What this looks like in practice

Same business.
Better first impression.

Imagine a family-run plumbing company that is already doing solid work. Online, it still looks like a business from ten years ago.

Website

Dated look, unclear services, and an important next step buried in the page.

Clear services, a current look, and an easy next step on every screen.

Google presence

Information is incomplete and the work is difficult to understand at a glance.

Service details, useful images, and a clearer local-search presence.

Visuals & messaging

Generic language and old photos that could belong to almost anyone.

Real project photography and plainer language that feels like the business.

Content

No clear signal that the business is active and doing good work today.

A simple rhythm of useful updates that keeps the business looking current.

Behind the scenes

Enquiries and follow-up rely on manual effort and easily get missed.

Small systems that make the everyday work easier to manage.

The goal is not to turn a local business into a tech company. It is to make the business online feel as solid as it already is offline.

Built small
on purpose.

You don’t need a big agency to keep the digital side of a local business in good shape. You need people who understand what matters, can actually do the work, and are easy to reach when something needs attention.

Tondi & Hariz
The two people you work with.
01

You talk to the people doing the work.

No long chain of account managers, strategists, and handoffs. The people you speak with are the same people thinking through the problem and making the work happen.

The person on the call is the person doing the work.

02

We start with what actually needs attention.

Not every business needs a new website, an SEO campaign, daily social posts, and a complicated tech stack. We’d rather fix the important thing first.

03

We can work across the messy middle.

Sometimes a problem doesn’t fit neatly into marketing, design, or tech. That’s fine. Between us, we can usually connect the pieces instead of sending you to three different vendors.

04

We bring in extra hands when the work needs it.

ONEDAYONE stays lean, but that doesn’t mean everything has to be done by two people. When a project needs specialist support, we bring in the right people without adding unnecessary layers between you and the work.

Less agency overhead.
More useful work.

Start with what
you have.

You don’t need a brief, a marketing plan, or a list of everything that’s wrong. Send us your website, tell us what’s been bothering you, and we’ll take it from there.

  1. 01

    Show us your business

Send us your website, Google profile, social accounts, or simply tell us what doesn’t feel right. You don’t need to diagnose the problem first.

    yourbusiness.com That’s enough to start.

  2. 02

    We figure out what matters

We look at how your business shows up online, identify what needs attention, and separate the important things from the nice-to-haves. Then we tell you what we’d fix first, and why.

A simple plan Clear, practical next steps.

  3. 03

    Start with the right thing

Maybe it’s the website. Maybe it’s Google. Maybe it’s something behind the scenes. We start where it makes the most sense, without forcing everything into one giant project.

  4. 04

Keep going only when it makes sense

Some businesses need one project. Others want ongoing help. Either way, we can keep improving things over time without turning your business into a permanent marketing project.

No giant discovery process. No unnecessary package. Just a sensible place to start.

Show us your website Takes a minute. No polished brief needed.

Enough talk.
Here’s some of the work.

Projects, example studies, and the digital details behind local businesses. Each one starts with what is getting in the way, then focuses on the most useful fix.

When it’s an example, we’ll tell you.

Some of what you see here can be a client project. Some of it is us taking a typical local setup and showing what we would improve. Both are useful, but they are not the same thing, so we label them.

Anything marked example work was never someone’s paid project.

Different problems. Same approach: understand what matters, make it better, and don’t overcomplicate it.

Before you
reach out.

Still wondering about something? Just ask us.

Do you only work with local service businesses?

Not exclusively. But we especially like working with owner-operated and family-run businesses where the digital side has taken a back seat to running the actual business. Plumbers, electricians, landscapers, contractors, home services, that kind of thing.

Do I need a new website?

Probably not. Sometimes a website needs rebuilding. Sometimes it just needs better messaging, cleaner pages, stronger photos, or a few things fixed. We’ll tell you what actually needs changing before suggesting a rebuild.

Can you work with what we already have?

Yes. We can work with an existing website, Google profile, social accounts, tools, or platforms. We’ll assess what is worth keeping and what needs attention.

I don’t really know what I need. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most people come to us because something feels outdated, inconsistent, hard to manage, or not quite right. You don’t need to diagnose it first.

Are you based in the US?

No. We work remotely with businesses in the US. Most of the work happens online, and we keep communication direct and straightforward.

Will I have to sign a long-term contract?

Not necessarily. Some work is a one-off project. Some makes sense as ongoing support. We’ll recommend the simplest arrangement for what you need.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the work. We’ll look at the scope first and give you a clear recommendation. We’re happy to start small when that is the sensible thing to do.

Can you help with ads and lead generation too?

Yes, when it makes sense. Not every business needs ads. Sometimes the better move is fixing the website, Google profile, follow-up, or core messaging first.

Show us your

Send us your website, Google profile, or whatever you have right now. You don’t need a polished brief. You don’t need to know what service you need. Just tell us what’s been bothering you, and we’ll take a look.
